Lead Asset Management Strategist

This role will drive the stewardship of electricity network management systems by developing, implementing, reviewing, and continuously improving frameworks, processes, and documentation that support these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of asset strategies to align with best practice asset management and ensure strategic objectives are effectively supported across the organisation.
  • Manage the audit and certification of Asset Management Systems to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Electricity Network Safety Management System and oversee regulatory reporting obligations to maintain operating licenses.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline.
  • Experience in asset lifecycle management and systems supporting Asset Management System ISO 55001 requirements and audits.
  • Knowledge of Electricity Network Safety Management System, AS5577 standards, and practices.
  • Knowledge of management systems principles, including Health and Safety, Environment, Electricity Network Safety, Asset Management, and Quality.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in engineering practice related to maintenance, operation, and asset management of transmission networks/assets.
