We are a leading provider of managed workforce and training solutions, delivering high-quality services across various industries. Our team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Unanderra, Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate plumbing operations on-site to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plumbing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance as required to support project success.
  • Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tenders and quotations to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Plumbing Trade certification and a valid Plumbing License.
  • A current driver's license and a high level of WHS standards and safety consciousness.
  • Good working knowledge of industry standards and heavy industrial experience (preferred but not essential).
Desirable Attributes:
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong client relationship building skills to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in managing installations and breakdowns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in generating and writing quotations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record in team leadership to drive business success.
