About the Role:

As a School-based Trainee, you will work in our Plumbing Wollongong branch, assisting our team with daily tasks and responsibilities. Your key duties will include:

  • Embracing our company values and policies
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You:

We are looking for a student who possesses the following attributes:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Enthusiasm and a great attitude

As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
