First Nations Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior First Nations Advisor to join our team at Onpoint 365. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with Traditional Owners, First Nation Groups, and Local Aboriginal Councils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead meaningful engagement with First Nations communities to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Support the development of renewable energy projects by advising on First Nations engagement and cultural heritage practices.
- Facilitate Traditional Owner participation in project origination, planning, and development stages.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience in First Nations engagement and relationship building.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as community development, archaeology, anthropology, or cultural heritage management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid driving licence.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and success of Onpoint 365. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of First Nations culture and history, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position also comes with a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
