Deliver high-impact clinical pharmacy services in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.

As an Outreach Clinical Hospital Pharmacist, you will be based at Port Augusta Hospital and regularly travel to remote healthcare facilities across the region, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure equitable access to healthcare for underserved communities.

This role is ideal for pharmacists who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others, and who are excited by the idea of gaining diverse, hands-on experience in a supportive and adventurous setting.

Key responsibilities include providing expert clinical pharmacy services, travelling to remote sites to ensure medication supply and patient education, collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, and promoting safe medication practices and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly driven and team-oriented pharmacist who can deliver a high standard of customer service with sensitivity, compassion, and professionalism. You will have high attention to detail and strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Key requirements include full general registration as a pharmacist in Australia (AHPRA) or New Zealand (PCNZ), previous dispensing / clinical experience in an Australian or New Zealand-based hospital or community pharmacy, willingness to travel and embrace new challenges, and strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
