Equipment Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations leader to oversee the management of our equipment teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day activities, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional technical support and customer service to valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of equipment teams, including coordination of repairs, maintenance, new equipment builds, and staff management in accordance with established systems and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of work quality by monitoring all work in progress.
- Provide ongoing leadership, training, and development opportunities for service technicians.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong phone manner and excellent written communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading teams and understanding of turf machinery maintenance or relevant fields.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including parts breakdown drawings and simple electrical schematics.
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle Licence.
