  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms, speed to market, promotional support, and trade spend
  • Partner with planning and supply teams to optimise inventory levels and avoid stockouts
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling category campaigns and in-store experiences
  • Monitor category performance and take proactive action to hit sales, margin, and growth targets
  • Maintain consistent execution across online and in-store merchandising, including planograms and product placement
