Key Responsibilities
  • Build a portfolio of clients through prospecting and establishing relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide customized solutions to mitigate household risks.
Compensation Package

The Account Executive position comes with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped variable commissions. Employees are also eligible for renewal commissions year over year, which can increase annual income over time.

Licensing and Training Requirements
  • Goosehead will cover the costs of training courses and exam fees to obtain the necessary insurance license.
  • Candidates must pass the licensing exam, obtain the state-issued license, and complete Goosehead's comprehensive training program.
