This role is designed for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team on a temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities:- Process asset protection permit applications efficiently and accurately in accordance with set procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling public counter enquiries, responding to queries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Liaise between applicants and the finance department to manage the bond refund process.
- Organize meetings as required and take minutes to ensure that all actions and decisions are documented.
- Previous experience in local council administration is highly regarded.
- Strong administrative skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service are essential.
- A strong understanding of TechOne software will be considered an advantage.
