Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to participate fully in their local community.

This role involves working on a 24/7 rotating roster that includes days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to obtain current first aid and CPR certificates.

We offer comprehensive training, access to salary packaging, opportunities for professional development through partnerships with RTOs and TAFEs, competitive hourly pay rates, paid travel time and kilometres, and reimbursement of tolls and parking costs.

To be successful in this role, you will need transferable skills in providing care and compassion, good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful manner.
