**Support Workers - Goulburn | Expression of Interest**

**About Us**

NHC Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider offering person-centred, trauma-informed support. We work across community, in-home, and justice-related settings — always with a focus on dignity, respect, and advocacy. We're not just a service provider — we're a movement for change in the way support is delivered.

**We Are Seeking Support Workers Who Can**:
Provide assistance with daily living, personal care, and household tasks

Support community access and meaningful participation

Work with participants with complex behaviours or psychosocial needs

Understand or have interest in justice and forensic disability supports

Build strong relationships based on trust and cultural understanding

**What You'll Need**:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Driver's License + insured vehicle

ABN (or willingness to obtain one)

Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant experience

A trauma-informed, respectful, and reliable approach

Bonus: Experience in justice, youth, or high-intensity support

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
