Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional to lead our drafting and documentation efforts.

 

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for managing drafting processes from conception to completion, ensuring accurate and detailed drawings are produced in line with BIM execution plans.
  • Produce 3D models using Revit MEP, effectively coordinating services with structures, architecture, and reporting any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with engineers and architects to prepare and coordinate documentation, ensuring seamless project delivery.

 

Key Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of BIM software, including Revit MEP.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
