Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence, collaborating with site technicians for ongoing enhancements and quality control measures.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, adhering to standard operating procedures and enforcing health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in quality investigations, manage leave arrangements, and align labor hours with business objectives.
  • Achieve daily performance targets, collaborate with customer service to ensure timely deliveries, and set clear goals and expectations.
  • Manage recruitment, performance, and teamwork, embodying Sigma values while driving business success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a production environment, with a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
