Human Resources Director
Role Overview
As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational delivery of HR services across the organization. This role requires a strong leader who can partner with senior leadership to implement people strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the HR function, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute organizational change initiatives, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Manage enterprise bargaining agreement negotiations and foster positive union relationships, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and industrial relations frameworks, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
- At least 8 years' experience in HR leadership roles, ideally with international exposure.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as expertise in talent management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
