Mechanical Engineer - Project Support & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review scopes, specifications, and contractor deliverables for engineering compliance.
  • Support early-phase project development and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.
  • Provide input on mechanical standards, installations, and quality expectations.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors and assist in technical sign-off processes.
  • Maintain alignment with internal governance, assurance frameworks, and safety protocols.

About You:
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in mining infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of sustaining capital projects and engineering reviews.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with asset systems, assurance processes, and project workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
