We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our growing business in Western Australia. This role will focus on providing technical advice and business coaching to leadership teams and employees across various aspects of employee lifecycle management, including complex issues and change management processes.

The Role:

  • Provide expert guidance on employee lifecycle, departmental structure, and/or change management processes
  • Support line leaders with HR/ER matters, such as employee relations, performance management, remuneration, and compliance
  • Partner with Operations Leaders and Support Services to develop a talent strategy and agenda that supports employee engagement, retention, and talent development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Broad range of skills and capabilities, particularly in employee relations and organizational development within a commercial framework
  • Demonstrated experience in similar industries or sectors
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and frameworks, with the ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
