Seeking an experienced professional to lead our Brisbane leadership team as a Contracts Manager.

This is a key role within the business, involved in the front end of our operations.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in procurement, project setup and providing support to project teams.

They will also be responsible for training and development of Contract Administrators within the business.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in construction management, preferably with at least 10 years experience as a Contract Administrator.

A degree in Construction Management is essential, and fit out and new build construction experience is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have stability with previous employers, and have worked for a known builder in Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teams with procurement and ensuring projects are set up correctly.
  • Providing support to project teams.
  • Training and developing Contract Administrators within the business.
