Job Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint highly experienced contracts administrators and senior contracts administrators to support our large infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparation and issuance of tender packages
  • Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
  • Evaluation of variation claims and issuing assessments for review and approval by management
  • Management of subcontractor payment claims
  • Preparation and issuance of contract correspondence to Contractors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the procurement and management of subcontract packages for large-scale projects
  • Effective contract negotiation skills and ability to assess large complex claims and variations
  • Robust understanding of relevant legislation and ability to interpret and apply contracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field
