We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Allied Health Professional to join our team at LiveBig. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, including those on an NDIS plan.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy, speech pathology, or psychology services to clients in their homes or community settings, such as schools and group homes.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- AHPRA/SPA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Psychologist, or Core registration with the NDIS Commission as a PBS Practitioner.
- Experience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
- A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience.
- Ideal experience working in a community services setting.
- A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home.
- Fun and enthusiasm for the meaningful work we do.
- Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver's licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check.
