Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to oversee the delivery of our submarine capability, growing our workforce and driving excellence in national defence.


The Role

As a highly experienced operational professional with 15+ years of experience in complex industries, you will lead teams in South Australia and Western Australia to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.


  • Drive operational readiness and program delivery across Collins Class and future nuclear sustainment programs.
  • Lead operations teams in SA and WA to achieve compliance with safety, environment and SUBSAFE standards.
  • Build constructive relationships with stakeholders and industry partners to align operations with our strategy and contractual deliverables.
