As a senior relationship manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Tech Hub team.

The Role
  • You will act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that IT services effectively meet business needs and support seamless collaboration.
  • Your key responsibility will be to prioritize initiatives based on value, building effective relationships with business stakeholders to form partnerships that drive mutual success.

You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems using your skills in:

  • Demonstrating extensive experience in business relationship management within a global firm.
  • Displaying a strong understanding of business processes and IT integration.
  • Exhibiting expertise in IT service management and delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice across functions as a senior expert.
  • Solving complex business problems with minimal guidance and leading teams managing technical experts or operational teams.
  • Ability to set annual work priorities for self and team aligned with broader unit goals.
  • Demonstrating expertise in initiating and driving large, impactful projects.
  • Influencing stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives at business levels.
