As a seasoned expert, you will collaborate with leading organizations and private equity firms on complex deals worldwide.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Perth, Australia. Our roles can be adjusted to accommodate flexible work arrangements with reduced hours.

You will participate in due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.

  • Analyse financial results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, preparing pro forma financial information, and identifying issues impacting purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Project manage information flows and interact with key stakeholders. Based on your analysis, present your findings and recommendations for effective decision-making.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist partners on proposals and new business ventures.
Requirements

Ideally, you'll have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a certified member of a professional accounting body.

  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing project management and client relationship skills.
