We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to carry out the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment
  • Working effectively alongside a team as well as independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a sterilisation unit
  • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
