About this Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Principal in leading the school community to promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required to ensure continuity of leadership and decision-making.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life to foster a sense of belonging and respect among students, staff, and the broader community.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance, actively participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business to leverage resources and expertise that benefit the school and its community.
