Operations Leader Role

This permanent position seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice in Hobart CBD.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and resources, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement budgets, financial reports, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, resolve complaints, and drive commercial success.
