As a Retail Business Director, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our concession stores and ensuring alignment with company key objectives. This role requires a strong focus on customer experience delivery and team empowerment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive a customer-centric culture to create a warm and genuine instore experience
  • Ensure the achievement of sales, profit, and productivity targets by focusing on key performance indicators
  • Develop and communicate business objectives to the team, emphasizing commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers

Attributes you possess

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
