**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess significant industry experience, a passion for training and assessment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to students,
  • Prepare and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with RTO policies and procedures,
  • Develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to support students with diverse needs,
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results,
  • Manage student inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Current industry experience in Hospitality with at least 3 years of experience,
    • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,
    • Qualification to teach Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT40521).).
