Job Opportunity: Trainer and Assessor for Hospitality Management
We are seeking a high-calibre Trainer and Assessor to deliver the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality training and assessment services to international students.
The key responsibilities include:
- Delivering face-to-face programs in hospitality management
- Assessing student competence in accordance with RTO policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining industry connections to enhance learning opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Relevant experience in delivering training and assessment in an RTO setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups
- Intermediate administration and computer skills, including proficiency in online learning management systems
- Flexible and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable qualifications include:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Industry qualification at/or above delivery level
This is a contractor position, requiring the holder of an Australian Business Number (ABN) and relevant insurances. Reliable transport and a current driver's license are also essential.
