We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Front Office Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the Front Office team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure seamless communication between teams to maintain high levels of service.
- Manage daily operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room allocations, and guest issues.
- Supervise and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel-wide objectives.
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.
- Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
- Passion for people and hospitality.
- Natural-born leader who can nurture, develop, and bring out the best in their team.
- Ability to make decisions independently and confidently.
- Available to work varied shifts.
