This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing facilities management business, delivering safe, successful and sustainable outcomes for partners.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to work independently across multiple sites, providing a broad range of maintenance services throughout Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

The successful candidate will manage their works via a planned preventative and reactive maintenance program with the support of purpose-built systems and the wider team.

  • Provide repairs and maintenance services to clients
  • Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting and tiling
  • Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues
  • Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships
  • Be conversant with occupational health and safety guidelines and experienced in maintaining safe workplaces
  • Work within self-managed teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Drivers Licence
  • Previous construction or metal trades experience
  • Proven experience working under limited supervision
  • Strong building fabrication knowledge
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Trade qualification - advantageous
