The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to build long-term relationships with key hospitals' clinical stakeholders within a designated region.

  • Develop and maintain key clinical relationships fostering product adoption.
  • Sell clinical products within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans.
  • Provide monthly objective and sales data identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Develop education and training programs for all accounts with assistance from colleagues.
  • Work with colleagues to coordinate education sessions supporting customer needs.
  • Attend customer training events such as EmpowOR, SuturEd, Surgical Assistants Program.
  • Complete inventory counts according to customer expectations and company policy.
  • Report back orders and stock optimization to customers suggesting alternatives.

Requirements:

Preferred minimum education: Tertiary business or related qualifications.

Preferred area of study: Postgraduate qualification in business, health science, or related discipline.

Previous sales experience an advantage. Medical device experience valued but not necessary.

A self-starter and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
