About this Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Digital Business Programs team and help transform how customers and employees experience digital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and users to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Identify and analyse outcomes desired, including needs, preferences and pain points, and communicate the impact of constraints.
  • Uncover opportunities to leverage new technology capabilities.
  • Confirm that the solution(s) delivered address the needs identified and deliver the business outcomes in the Business Case.
  • Align delivery to business capability and technology roadmaps.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in formal Business Analysis methods on projects and initiatives varying in size, complexity, ambiguity and abstraction.
  • Apply industry standard business analysis frameworks, methods, tools and techniques.
  • Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK)
  • Process modelling to BPMN standard
  • Business Analysis within Waterfall / Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Stakeholder workshops/interviews
  • Service Blueprints
  • Conceptual data modelling
  • The ability to explain business and technical concepts in simple terms.
  • The ability to learn a new domain quickly and teach aspects of the domain problem and solution to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Effective writing skills for business scenarios, requirements documentation and conceptual & functional design documentation.
