Business Analyst Position

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Business Analyst and contribute to the transformation of digital services.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of our digital evolution, driving the design and delivery of customer, business, and corporate systems that make a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and users to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyse outcomes desired including needs, preferences, and pain points, and communicate the impact of constraints.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technology capabilities and confirm that solutions delivered address the needs identified.
  • Align delivery to business capability and technology roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in formal Business Analysis methods on projects and initiatives varying in size, complexity, ambiguity, and abstraction.
  • Apply industry standard business analysis frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to explain business and technical concepts in simple terms, learn a new domain quickly, and teach aspects of the domain problem and solution to stakeholders.
