As a business analyst in our digital transformation team, you'll help drive innovation in how our customers and employees experience services.

You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, using data-driven insights, research, and direct engagement to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.

Your work will shape service design and initiatives that are not only functional but truly user-focused.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and with consumers (users) of the proposed solution
  • Elicit and analyse outcomes desired including needs, preferences and pain points and communicate the impact of constraints
  • Uncover opportunities to leverage new capabilities
  • Confirm that the solution(s) delivered address the needs identified and deliver the business outcomes
  • Align delivery to business capability and technology roadmaps
  • Digital requirements scope
  • Systems integration requirements
  • System functional requirements
  • Digital analytics requirements
  • Current systems/program impact analysis
  • Technology impact and feasibility
  • Knowledge of technology concepts
  • UX/CX techniques and frameworks
  • Systems Integration Testing (SIT) input
  • Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) input
  • Conceptual data analysis (for input into data modelling)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in formal business analysis methods on projects and initiatives varying in size, complexity, ambiguity and abstraction
  • The ability to apply industry-standard business analysis frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working with stakeholders and users to elicit and document requirements
  • The proven ability to explain complex business and technical concepts in simple terms
  • The ability to learn a new domain quickly and teach aspects of the domain problem and solution to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
