Job Role:
- Achieve operational excellence through process design and case management systems.
The Program Development Lead will support the ongoing development and improvement of our residential Out Of Home Care (OOHC) program. This role focuses on setting up practical workflows, refining existing ones, and translating policy into clear tools and processes that reflect sector requirements and day-to-day practice.
This position requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, which underpin all aspects of our work. The successful candidate will collaborate with practice-facing staff to test, adapt, and embed new ways of working.
The Program Development Lead will also model therapeutic communication that reflects respect and builds strong connections with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational processes that enhance case management systems and balance best practice with realities.
- Develop clear procedures grounded in respect that foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and connection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and sector requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and respect across the program.
About You:
- Diploma in a relevant field is desirable.
- Experience and knowledge in OOHC are highly regarded.
- Skilled in case management and process improvement with a sense of accountability.
- Collaborative and able to build positive connections across diverse teams.
- Committed to quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Adept at translating policy into practical procedures.
