Senior Process Development Manager

The role of Senior Process Development Manager plays a pivotal part in the ongoing development and enhancement of case management processes within our residential Out Of Home Care (OOHC) program.

  • Lead accountable operational process design in response to legislative and policy changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong connections by collaborating with practice-facing staff to test, adapt and embed new ways of working, promoting continuous improvement and innovations.
  • Model therapeutic, person-centered communication that reflects respect and builds strong connections, cultivating a culture of feedback and accountability.
  • Enhance and balance case management systems to reflect best practice and operational realities, maintaining respect and balance across the program.
  • Bridge policy and practice by developing clear, trauma-informed procedures grounded in respect, ensuring compliance and accountability with accreditation standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of constructive reflection, adapting to changing needs while maintaining a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Promote collaborative working practices, prioritizing effective communication and teamwork to drive positive outcomes.

About You:

  • Relevant diploma or degree, preferably in a field such as social work or child and family studies.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Out Of Home Care (OOHC), with a strong understanding of case management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to quality and excellence, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing effective communication and mutual support.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
