Job Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for 4 x Farm Hands to join our team in St Albans, Western Australia. This is an immediate start opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and physical fitness to ensure they become an integral part of our team and culture moving forward.

The work will require the ability to work fast-paced tasks while standing for most of the shift. Heavy lifting up to 10kgs will be involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanout
  • Bending and picking up chickens weighing up to 7kgs
  • Egg collection and grading
  • Floor walking
  • Competitive and physically demanding work
  • Standing for the majority of the shift

Requirements:

  • Personal vehicle and driver's license
  • No ownership of poultry, birds, or pigs
  • Strong emphasis on safety protocols and quarantine awareness
  • Excellent time management skills, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Reliability
