Our team is seeking a skilled Pasture Farm Worker to assist with the management and maintenance of our farm's pasture areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, as well as 3 years' professional experience in the agricultural industry. Experience working with pasture in Western Australia is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with planting, fertilising, irrigating and managing pasture areas
  • Conducting weed and pest control to ensure healthy pasture conditions
  • Operating tractors for discing and performing front end loader operations
  • Maintaining and repairing fencing, gates and pasture irrigation systems
  • Cleaning and maintaining farm equipment, machinery, tools and general work areas

The successful candidate must also possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Manual driver's licence required
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in operating agricultural machinery, including tractors and front-end loaders
