Senior DevOps Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Specialist who can drive our DevOps and Quality uplift initiatives.

  • This is a hands-on role requiring collaboration with offshore teams to implement automation, improve SDLC maturity, and enhance overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive DevOps improvements through strategic planning and execution of automation projects
  • Maintain high standards of quality by assessing current processes and implementing enhancements as needed
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing tools and technologies

Technical Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in scripting, automation, and cloud computing with expertise in Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations
  • Proven skills in AWS including EC2, S3, networking, Kubernetes (EKS), OpenShift (ROSA), and cloud automation
  • Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo with Git version control
  • Familiarity with security, monitoring, and observability tools like Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNOW
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and automated testing tools to optimize delivery pipelines
  • Knowledge of AI-enhanced tooling and development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) is highly preferred
