Workshop Controller Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians and apprentices in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the workshop's activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant trade qualification
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of service department KPIs and customer service results
  • CURRENT manual driver's license
