Beverage Service Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Service Expert to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable experience through efficient, courteous, and professional interactions.

  • You will receive payment, make change, and process credit card transactions while adhering to company policies.
  • Operate from issued cash banks and maintain accurate records.
  • Taking and delivering guest orders in a timely manner is crucial to providing excellent service.
  • You must provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to monitor and control the sale and service of alcohol in assigned areas.
  • Stock and clean work areas, adhering to proper sanitation controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • You must hold Food Handler or ServSafe certification, or have proof of current certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow directions is essential.
  • Candidates must have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to learn and operate a point-of-sale system is required.
  • A valid gaming license is mandatory.
  • Candidates must pass a mandatory drug test and provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
