Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to provide expert advice on human resource matters.

  • Interpret and communicate IR and HR principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including payroll processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to Human Resource Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and database programs.
