Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification and/or experience.
  • Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive approach to safety and well-being, with a strong emphasis on customer-centered care.
  • Current Australian Driver's License with no restrictions, and access to a reliable and roadworthy vehicle.
