Senior Caregiver Position
About the RoleWe are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional support and care to residents in a residential aged care setting. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being among our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care services including grooming, bathing, and dressing to ensure residents' comfort and safety.
- Support residents' physical well-being by assisting with mobility and ensuring their overall health is maintained.
- Organize engaging activities and social interactions to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans tailored to meet each resident's unique needs.
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
- A compassionate nature and genuine passion for caring for seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and their families
- Empathy and patience to provide individualized support with dignity and respect
