Job Description\

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to residents in need. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver timely and relevant information, ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for each individual.

With a person-centred approach, you will utilise your excellent communication skills to build friendly and respectful relationships with residents and their families. Your compassionate and flexible nature will shine through in every interaction.

Providing accurate and timely documentation is crucial in this role. You will work efficiently to document resident care, ensuring seamless communication between staff members.

Preferred availability during evenings, overnight, and weekends is essential for this position.
