The role involves greeting, interacting and attending to customer requirements, preparing and serving drinks, food service for the restaurant, bar and functions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Prepare and serve drinks, food and other beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Must have RSA certificate
  • Approved Manager and Barista Certificate preferred
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
