Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Location: Perth, Western Australia

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team in Perth. This is an exciting 12-month casual contract opportunity to cover parental leave, working 16 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide support in planning, executing, and managing our health promotion and wellbeing initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating and managing promotional materials, merchandise, events, and community engagement projects that enhance our program's impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in food service and allergy management (desired)
  • Proven capability in developing, delivering, and evaluating community engagement projects
  • Interest in community engagement, health, and wellness, and social impact initiatives
  • Collaborative mindset with diverse teams and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with event management, marketing, and community engagement best practices
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
