Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the organization
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team
  • Attend networking events to research and connect with potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to secure more revenue from clients
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales performance
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary changes
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure offerings remain relevant

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience or operational background
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management best practices
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
