**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic therapy assistant to provide high-quality care and improve the lives of residents in our care facilities.

  • Develop and deliver mobility and exercise programs under the direction of physiotherapists.
  • Deliver engaging recreational and therapeutic activity programs under the guidance of occupational therapists.
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, and implementation of therapy programs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working in aged care or a related field

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
