Role OverviewAs a Physiotherapist in Aged Care, you will be part of a team that provides innovative, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
You will work across clinical areas delivering one-on-one therapy and collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Mobility assessments and functional planning
- Restorative therapy
- Falls prevention and management
- Pressure injury prevention and treatment
- Pain management
- Active ageing programs
You will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:A qualified Physiotherapist with current registration and Australian working rights.
Passion for reablement and restoring independence in older people's lives.
Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
Driver's license and willingness to travel within a designated region.
